One Precious Year

Dearest Mommy - Baby Tyler here.
Today is my birthday - one precious year!
It seems like a while since I lay by your heart,
But in all this time - we were never apart
I love you and want you - and I always will.
I'm right there with all of you - everyday still.
I look down a lot-
Grateful I'm part of your family.
I want to say thanks for the day I was born.
My only regret is that you had to mourn.
I skip in the sun and pick flowers sometimes.
I laugh and sing and I love nursery rhymes.
My life is so perfect - I'm happy up here.
I want you to know this when you feel a tear.
I know that you love me and it feels great!
And someday in heaven - I don't know the date,
You'll meet me up here - in His special place,
And once again see my sweet little face.
We'll kiss and we'll hug and we'll cry a lot too.
